Pika Foods is a small-town start-up located in the beautiful foothills of the Cascade mountains. Surrounded by football, soccer and baseball, we are working hard to make the Pacific Northwest the next specialty food hub of the west coast.
Magnitude Buffalo Wing™ Sauce was created over 10 years ago 25 miles east of Seattle, WA to redefine the gourmet flavor and texture of buffalo wings.
Our interest in buffalo wings began in 2002 when we took our family favorite recipe and began to experiment with different peppers, spices and ingredients. The result was a perfect blend of flavor and different heat levels that have opened up the gourmet buffalo wing craze to everyone! We introduced our first cause in 2008, Magnitude 3.0. It combines the best of a full-bodied cayenne pepper flavor with our special blend of peppers and spices, which is blended to perfection to a thick, rich consistency. The result is the spicy tang, full-bodied flavor and brilliant red color of Magnitude Buffalo Wing™ Sauce.
